Oct4熒光素酶報(bào)告基因（報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）（Oct4 luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測Oct4轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。Oct4是參與調(diào)控胚胎干細(xì)胞自我更新和維持其全能性的*為重要的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子之一，同時(shí)也是體外建立誘導(dǎo)多功能干細(xì)胞（iPS）的關(guān)鍵基因。
Oct4報(bào)告基因主要用于檢測Oct4在細(xì)胞中的轉(zhuǎn)錄活性、**研究以及基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMOct4-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)Oct4結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高靈敏度地檢測Oct4的激活水平。同時(shí)，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得Oct4報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。Oct4 luciferase reporter plasmid （Oct4-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明
pGMOct4-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測。
