IL6-Promoter熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質(zhì)粒）（IL6-Promoter luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測human IL6-Promoter激活水平為目的的報告基因。IL6(Interleukin 6)白細胞介素-6，簡稱白介素6，是一種重要的細胞炎性細胞因子，在炎性**的發(fā)**展中起了重要的作用，常作為炎性反應的重要指標。
IL6-Promoter報告基因主要應用于Jak/Stat信號通路的研究等和human IL6-Promoter激活水平的檢測等。
pGMIL6-Promoter-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了human IL6啟動子，可以高靈敏度地檢測human IL6-Promoter的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質(zhì)粒對轉錄因子結合的特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得IL6-Promoter報告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉染。IL6-promoter luciferase reporter plasmid（IL6-promoter-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明
pGMIL6-promoter-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉染方法轉染哺乳動物細胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進行檢測。
